We have received a special rate of $115 per night per room. The same rate applies for one or two people. That is, two people can stay in the room for a total price of $115. This rate includes two breakfasts and all taxes. Tipping is neither expected nor normally done in China.

To reserve a room, please go to the registration web site http://47.105.95.146:8080/login_en After you submit your registration information you will be asked if you want to reserve your hotel room through the conference. If you check yes, you will be directed to supply the information needed to reserve a room at the conference hotel. If you check no, you will have to make your own reservation.

To obtain the conference rate you will need to pay in advance using either a Visa or Mastercard (the preferred method) or you can pay by bank transfer. The details are given on the payment site. The reservation deadline for the conference rate is May 31, 2019.

If you prefer to make your own reservation independently, there are several way to do so. Many of the internet booking agents can do this at a slightly higher rate than the conference one. Just be sure that the rate includes the breakfasts.
